Cost is only one reason to outsource to Vietnam. Other advantages are a low attrition rate, a strong work ethic and a cultural penchant for perfection. Speaking of the latter, striving for perfection is built into the Vietnamese psyche, but they can be risk averse, according to some outsourcers.
