Elemica, a global supply chain services provider primarily for the chemical and oil industries, and RubberNetwork, a global sourcing and supply chain integration services company for the tire and rubber sector, have merged and will operate under the Elemica brand.
Elemica and RubberNetwork enable collaboration for buyers, suppliers and logistics service providers, and seek to facilitate stronger relationships through business-to-business integration. Cost reduction and performance improvement goals for their customers are enhanced through the integration of the companies' individual capabilities.
Ultimately, Elemica will have approximately 2,500 partners connected to its supply chain network. The company integrates dissimilar business systems into one unified network across all customers, suppliers and third-party providers, irrespective of company size or industry.
The merged company includes offices in Atlanta, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo. Headquarters will remain in Exton, Pennsylvania.
