Astea recently expanded its offering in the area of mobile field-service execution, with the acquisition of FieldCentrix. The company has licensed applications to companies in a variety of areas, including information technology, telecommunications, instrument and controls, business systems, HVAC, gaming and leisure, industrial equipment and medical devices.
