DiIntegrator's "Perfect and Check Items" function can ensure your Advance Ship Notices and Invoices are delivered accurately and in compliance with trading partner guidelines.   Click on the Perfect tab before creating the Advance Ship Notice (ASN).  When you 'perfect' the PO, the system matches the items and other information on the PO to the items in your Master Item database.  If an item is not found or if there are any discrepancies with your Master Item database information, you will be notified of the discrepancy. This "Perfect and Check Items" function can prevent an incomplete or inaccurate ASN from being sent to the retailer.  Additionally, you can use the Perfect tab to automatically populate your ASNs and Invoices with information such as DUNS #, Ship From Address, and various transportation codes.  If the shipping information changes, you can edit the default settings for prepopulating subsequent ASNs and Invoices.  This saves you time and can eliminate costly mistakes since you won't need to manually rekey the information.  Click here for more.
