This comes after Amazon announced plans in April to spend $4 billion to triple the size of its rural delivery network by adding 200 new delivery stations.

Hochul and officials at the MTA have said congestion pricing is reducing traffic, raising needed revenue and that it will continue until a court orders it to end.

Amazon also has robotics fulfillment centers in Louisiana and Texas, and announced another new facility in North Carolina in March.
