RedPrairie Corp. has developed Retail Performance Management (RPM) software for the food-service market. Built on Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007, RPM is a Web-based analytical reporting tool that draws on existing data from RedPrairie's restaurant-operations applications. It synchronizes that information with warehouse data, internal key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry benchmarks. The results are displayed in an intuitive, user-friendly interface, RedPrairie said. RPM's interactive visual dashboards can be delivered to individuals based on their organizational role and location. The embedded scorecards contain KPIs and links to charts, tables and reports, allowing users easily to navigate to relevant information. RPM includes OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) analysis, which integrates with Microsoft Excel 2007.
