The new version combines the Servigistics Command Center, workforce planning, technician scheduling, dispatch, route optimization, mobility, advanced mapping, traffic technologies and service-parts planning. The vendor's Scheduler and Dispatcher, combined with Workforce Planner and Parts Locator, allows for the more efficient management of field technicians and service parts. The Mobility and Parts Locator synchronizes, assigns and arranges delivery of parts during technician scheduling and dispatch, to maximize first-time call-resolution rates. The Servigistics Command Center enables the real-time monitoring of work exceptions and the immediate transmittal of information on the cause of issues. Scheduling and Routing, integrated with Google Maps, Google Earth and traffic intelligence data sources, provide predictive, real-time traffic conditions and alerts to aid in the creation of optimal route maps and schedules.
