Because of its highly regulated cargo, Air Products needed to upgrade to a comprehensive mobile device management solution that was customizable to its particular needs and integrated with existing back-end infrastructure. It chose various Odyssey products, including the flagship Athena solution which is designed to enable help desk and IT personnel to remotely and securely monitor, manage and maintain various Windows OS devices over local and wide-area wireless networks.
