APQC, or the American Productivity & Quality Center, is a member-based nonprofit and a leading proponent of business benchmarking, best practices and knowledge management research. Its mission is to help organizations around the world improve productivity and quality by discovering effective methods of improvement, broadly disseminating findings and connecting individuals with one another and with the knowledge they need to improve.

The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and all participants will receive a free summary of the results. The deadline for submission is Friday, Nov. 14th.
