They have announced the launch of the APICS SCC affiliate and APICS sponsor programs, as well as the APICS One Program. The last combines the benefits of APICS SCC affiliation and corporate APICS membership. The programs provide corporations, academia and non-profit organizations with access to research, benchmarking services and publications. A year after the merger between APICS and the Supply Chain Council, the combined organization is augmenting its programs to the industry. Through its affiliate and sponsor programs, organizations have access to a number of frameworks for evaluating supply-chain activities and performance, including the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. APICS SCC affiliates are made up of more than 400 organizations in some 25 countries. Benefits of membership include access to research programs and SCORmark benchmarking, group training programs, digital publications and, in the case of APICS One affiliates, eligibility of up to 500 employees for APICS enterprise e-memberships.
