The learning "sprints" are designed to build supply-chain talent, the partners said. Built on the CorpU learning platform, each week-long session draws on collaboration technology to engage participants in structured and expert-led discussions about business challenges. During each sprint, supply-chain leaders will evaluate operational data points and consider trade-offs necessary to build agile, high-performing supply chains. To be released in July, the seven sprints will address common supply-chain challenges, including Supply Chain Metrics That Matter, Building the Customer-Centric Supply Chain, The Market-Driven Value Network Journey, Making the Digital Pivot, End-to-End Supply Chain Orchestration, Driving Improvement in Decision-Making Through Supply Chain Planning, and Building Agility Through Horizontal Processes.
