Intalio, Inc., a vendor of software for business-process management, has opened Asia-Pacific offices in Singapore. The move was triggered by increased demand for the Intalio/BPMS application in Asia, the company said. Intalio said it would provide local support and training, not just in Southeast Asia, but in China, India and Australia as well, drawing on a network of system integration partners. The new office follows creation of the Intalio Japanese Community. Customers will have access to support personnel with knowledge of the region, the company said. Intalio's most recent training session was held in Singapore in late February. The vendor specializes in open-source business-process management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) software, with products offered though the Intalio Business Process Platform.
