Servigistics says that NCR Corporation has selected the Servigistics Service Parts Management solution to help it reduce its global service parts inventory.
NCR will utilize the Servigistics solution to optimize inventory in its regional distribution centers as well as field stocking locations and field service technician truck stocks in order to support the delivery of high customer service levels.
