Sky-Trax Inc. has named Control Solutions, Inc. a value-added reseller (VAR) of the company's optical technology for tracking vehicles and assets inside warehouses. Control Solutions is a systems integration firm with administrative headquarters in Gig Harbor, Wash. and a corporate technology center in Branchburg, N.J. Together the companies will work to bring modern warehouse-management system (WMS) software to Control Solutions' customers. Under the deal, Control Solutions becomes an official distributor and carrier of Sky-Trax products, including the full line of Sky-Trax systems, individual components and installation services. Sky-Trax's Premier VAR program allows companies to expand their product lines to include alternative technologies.
