The Results Group, an operations consulting firm, has developed what it calls the Green Enterprise Maturity Model designed to help companies increase revenue and lower costs while reducing their carbon footprint. TRG's Green Enterprise Maturity Model enables companies to assess environmental initiative maturity relative to their industry, execute the most impactful business-focused green initiatives and create a road map for building a dominant competitive position.
