Eurinpro, a European provider of customized logistics-oriented real estate solutions, has joined forces with international property group Macquarie Goodman Group of Australia.
Over the last 15 years, Eurinpro reportedly has developed nearly 13 million square feet of warehousing projects with a total value of close to 850m euros ($US1.73bn). It currently has nearly 4.6 million square feet of logistics real estate under development in eight European countries.
Macquarie Goodman's operations include property investment, funds management, property development and property services.
