Logistics company Gebrüder Weiss has renewed its undergraduate scholarship program at Rutgers University's business school for another five years.

The program started in 2020, with Gebrüder Weiss North America pledging a $25,000 gift to the Rutgers University Foundation. The scholarship is targeted toward students looking to start a career in supply chain and logistics. As part of the renewal, the company is committing $5,000 in each of the next five years for supply chain management students at Rutgers. 

“We launched our scholarship program at Rutgers to open doors to supply chain careers, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the passion, talent, and ambition of each recipient,” said Gebrüder Weiss North America CEO Mark McCullough in a June 4 release. "We look forward to continuing our relationship with Rutgers and investing in the supply chain leaders of the future."

Recipients of 2025's Gebrüder Weiss scholarship include supply chain management and marketing double major Gabriel Godoi De Lima, supply chain management major Jun Pak, and supply chain management and marketing major — and recent graduate — Nikhil Walia. According to Gartner, Rutgers' supply chain management undergraduate program is among the top five in North America, with 82% of its graduates accepting job offers before leaving school.
