He developed and implemented Cisco's worldwide strategy for SMARTNet Onsite Services, also originating Cisco's world class support methodology, 'VISE' - Virtual Internetworking Support Engineering. During his tenure with Cisco, Mr. Blaz oversaw the growth and expansion of Cisco's Onsite Services from $4M to in excess of $1B.
