FM Logistic, a logistics and IT systems provider based in Strasbourg, France, has taken over the international subsidiaries outside France of the Premium Logistics group. In doing so, FM Logistic has extended the scope of its operations to Spain, Italy and Hungary, and reinforced its position in Central Europe.
FM Logistic now has more than 50 logistics platforms distributed over Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Russia, Ukraine and China.
Fifty-four percent of FM Logistic's turnover is in warehousing. Other services include co-packing, co-manufacturing and transport. Industries it services include agri-business, high-tech, health and beauty, consumer goods and retail.
FM Logistic is also the parent of FM2i, a subsidiary specializing in design and development of IT solutions for logistics (warehouse management, transport, co-manufacturing, decision-making tools) to control the flow of material and information between industry and retailers.
