Solution: We designed and implemented a real-time warehouse solution for total visibility from the floor to the truck, including Zebra Z4M industrial printers, QL320 mobile printers, and Motorola MC9090 mobile computers. To manage the new technology, we implemented Cloudsync mobile device management software. Finally, we created new process flows to ensure connectivity and efficiency within the solution.

Results: Our client achieved its goals: order accuracy increased at least 2%; productivity rose through more efficient processes; order fulfillment rates increased; and, customer satisfaction increased as our client fulfilled customer requirements for mill test certificates. Also, our client sharply reduced the costly credits issued for mis-shipments.
