Psion is a provider of mobile computing systems. The deal allows BlueStar to expand its distribution of Psion's rugged handheld devices, vehicle-mount computers and connectivity products for the Mexican market. BlueStar provides bundled offerings with hardware, software and accessories under one SKU. Its technology is designed for a number of verticals, including manufacturing, warehousing, transportation and distribution. BlueStar works exclusively with value-added resellers. Psion designs its rugged handhelds around an "open-innovation" business model.
