The vendor's offering consists of SkyDesktop, a free, cloud-based desktop containing all of a user's files and applications; SkyAppMarket, a marketplace dedicated to best-of-breed cloud apps, and SkySingleSignOn, a login management system. The last eliminates the need for managing multiple logins and passwords, InfoStreet said. Applications offered through SkyAppMarket include Google Apps for Business, Kashoo (an online accounting app), Meeting Burner (for screen-sharing and online meetings and webinars) and Sign In Blue. All apps are paid for in one monthly bill, and businesses retain full control of which ones are available to which employees, the company said. All of the apps offered in SkyAppMarket are integrated with SkySingleSignOn, allowing users to access every one of their apps by logging into the SkyDeskTop. InfoStreet has also announced that SkyDeskTop will come pre-populated with a number of free apps, including Calendar, Address Book, Employee Directory, Kashoo and Meeting Burner.
