The new feature, called Address Book 4.0, is a response to clients' demand for a scaled-back customer relationship management (CRM) system. Users have constant access to all important contacts, complete with customizable fields, with the knowledge that crucial data is centralized and routinely backed up. Offered over the internet, the latest enhancement is instantly available to all current and future users of StreetSmart. In the new version, information is grouped according to type for faster discovery. Users can make additions and deletions to their contact lists with a single click. Custom fields can be created on the fly, to collect and store precisely what is needed about each contact. A new display customization feature lets users select the information they wish to view at a glance.
