DoorLogistics provides customers with standard ISO containers (20, 40 and 45 feet), door-to-door pricing and operational support services. The offering provides access to ISO container capacity in many inland and coastal origins to destinations across the U.S. and Canada, Synchronet said. Customers get equipment visibility, linehaul pricing and power availability. In the process, the company said, they can reduce empty miles and reposition boxes for international use. SIS features automated systems that manage all operational activities, including intermodal equipment reservations, pickup and delivery drayage, and rail linehaul. Synchronet provides North American repositioning services to handle the surplus of empty containers from inland locations to port cities, either through stack-train service or domestic interchange. It also provides match-back capabilities through its street-turn service and Export-in-a-Box offering.
