SEKO, a freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider, says the latest version of its MySEKO shipment management boasts several state-of-the-art tracking, tracing and reporting improvements and a new user-friendly look and feel for easier navigation.
Some of the new online features of MySEKO v2:
• Issues Management Abilities: Customers can now create and manage dialog online, similar to an instant messenger service, to resolve any issues regarding shipment status immediately.
• Enhanced User Settings: These provide customers with the ability to set up various automated shipment notifications, as well as new options for them to manage permissions and supply chain visibility.
• International Shipment Bookings: The new enhancements include a document loader that enables SEKO to upload domestic or international POD documents, while enabling customers to upload commercial invoices.
• New Reporting Services: New fulfillment tools provide a variety of new reports for customers, including real-time update reports for shipments in progress on a 24/7 basis; North American and international invoice reports with shipment details; monthly business recaps that break down the shipment details and charge information by month going back one year; driver manifests for sign-off on any given day's shipments; and delivery performance reports with detailed ship dates.
