Results: Adhering to business constraints, we demonstrated an 8% reduction in miles, a 9% reduction in number of shipments, and a more than 70% reduction in dynamically planned orders. Once results are validated, the customer expects to implement the new static routes to realize the calculated savings, and improve service levels to their stores.
