DeFi is partnering with SS Digital Media, a strategic digital marketing company, and Baker-Hopp & Associates, a risk-management and commercial insurance provider, to provide education and support in required areas of expertise. DeFi said it is actively searching for additional local partnerships. With the support of its partners, it plans to offer educational workshops, tool kits and resources to help Detroit-based companies deliver products internationally. The Detroit Fulfillment Initiative was founded in October of 2015.
