Goody's Family Clothing, a retailer of moderately priced apparel, has chosen an end-to-end global sourcing and PLM solution from New Generation Computing (NGC), Miami.

NGC specializes in software for the fashion, apparel and footwear industries, with solutions that include e-SPS for global sourcing, e-PLM for product lifecycle management, and RedHorse ERP software.

Goody's selected e-PLM and e-SPS to give the retailer the ability to track the complete lifecycle of its private-label apparel merchandise. Goody's relies heavily on promotions and advertising, and it needed to improve delivery to its stores, to ensure that advertised merchandise was available on time and with the right quality.
