The compiled report delivered interesting results, with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, as well Business Process Automation/Digital Process Automation, being highlighted by 73% of OPEX leaders as the key investment area going into 2020.

Other key investment areas for OPEX leaders included:

• Robotic Process Automation – 59%
• Process Mining – 59%
