Schneider Logistics, on an acquisition tear since 2005, says it has integrated four logistics companies into its worldwide operations. American Port Services, Powers Transportation, American Overseas Logistics and BaoYun Logistics are the entities involved.

"Our strategic acquisitions within the last three years have significantly built out our international service offerings. Today, Schneider Logistics services include transportation management, freight brokerage, air/ocean freight forwarding, customs house brokerage, transloading and distribution, supply chain management, supply chain advisory services and freight audit and payment.

Schneider Logistics has also merged its web site into the virtual home of Schneider National, its parent company.
