FourKites, a provider of real-time supply chain visibility solutions, recently announced its acquisition of Haven, Inc., and the introduction of Dynamic OceanSM, an end-to-end visibility solution for international ocean shipments. The solution integrates document management capabilities, collaboration features, support for bookings and end-to-end real-time tracking. FourKites’ new solution builds on technologies gained through its acquisition of Haven, a provider of international ocean shipping, document management and tracking.
