In 2007, Gaylord implemented RedPrairie's Workforce Management application for e-learning and schedule optimization. The software helps Gaylord assess labor needs and schedule employees across multiple divisions at its four hotel properties. In March 2008, Gaylord implemented RedPrairie's Performance Management solution. Performance Management is a web-based analytical solution that monitors, analyzes and reports on key performance indicators that drive an organization's success.
