Evergreen Line has commenced an Arabian Express Service in partnership with Sea Consortium Pte Ltd. The new joint ASX service began with the late December departure of the Martha Russ, a containership of 700 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), from the Port of Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is operating in a weekly service. The rotation is Colombo; Kandla, India; Mundra, India; Karachi, Pakistan; Nhava Sheva, India, and Colombo. According to Evergreen, the joint service will enhance the line's feeder network in Europe and the Mediterranean, as well as expand trade to and from India and Pakistan.
