NetSuite Inc. is now offering the NetSuite Multi-Channel Retail Management Suite for North American retailers. The offering lets companies use on-demand retail software to manage multiple locations with a point-of-sale (POS) system, while integrating new or existing electronic-commerce operations. Customers can acquire real-time visibility across all applicable processes, as well as access to better business intelligence, the vendor said. The tool lets retailers create websites that deliver intuitive, "Amazon.com-like" experiences for their shoppers. They can also integrate NetSuite with existing websites. The NetSuite Web store integrates with retail locations while unifying inventory, accounting and customer management under a single system. NetSuite offers integrated shipping labels from UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service, automatically retrieving and sending package-tracking information to shoppers. The technology supports the publishing of multiple websites from a single instance, allowing a merchant to present different online storefronts to different markets. In addition, NetSuite integrates directly with eBay to publish listings and automatically import orders, which then integrate directly to the vendor's inventory, order and customer-management system.
