Published in two volumes, The Americas and International, the guide has been expanded with in-depth profiles of 263 third-party logistics providers. It profiles individual 3PL financial information, key personnel, information technology and service capabilities. It also includes editorial evaluations, case studies and important news events. The two volumes amount to 1,535 pages. They are available in PDF file versions or as an annual subscription in an internet on-demand version. Online subscribers receive the PDF file versions of the guide with their annual subscription. Armstrong also offers the Export Information Service, which includes an online guide subscription; annual reports on 3PL financials, warehousing capabilities and customers, and four hours of phone consultation at a discounted price.
