APL Logistics has been named Marks & Spencer's international general merchandise supply chain management partner for South Asia, Europe and North Africa.

M&S operates more than 520 stores in the U.K., and is the country's largest clothing retailer by both value and volume. APL Logistics is providing M&S with a full suite of origin cargo management and international logistics services from South Asia, Europe and North Africa.

As part of the contract to deliver products from multiple sources to holding centers in the U.K., APL Logistics will provide comprehensive vendor management at origin, shipment consolidation, international transportation management and handle U.K. import procedures.
