Toshiba Tec Corp., a document processing and telecommunications systems provider, has selected Servigistics to provide service parts management.

Toshiba Tec is involved in three main areas: retail information systems (POS systems, electronic cash registers, digital computing scales, and barcode systems), document processing and telecommunication systems (office automation equipment, special terminals, and supplies), and home electric appliances (vacuum cleaners, components).
