IAG Cargo has announced the launch of two new London Gatwick routes to North America - bringing the total number of IAG Cargo-operated U.S. gateways to 25 in Summer 2017. A Fort Lauderdale service is due to launch in March 2017 and will operate four times a week, and an Oakland flight will also launch in March 2017 on a three-per-week basis.
IAG Cargo has announced its new route to New Orleans, Louisiana. Beginning March 26, 2017, the airline says it will become the only carrier to fly direct from its London Heathrow (LHR) hub to New Orleans International Airport (MSY).
IAG Cargo has begun two new short-haul freight services. It has launched service between Madrid and Amsterdam, to enable easier access for shipments between Amsterdam and Latin America.
IAG Cargo has added three routes to its service in Latin America. Beginning in the summer of 2016, the carrier will operate direct flights from London Gatwick to San Jose, Costa Rica and Lima, Peru.
