HighJump Software has added trading-partner integration and electronic data interchange (EDI) capabilities to its HighJump Supply Chain Advantage suite of applications. HighJump acquired the TrueCommerce EDI Solutions Group in October of 2010. The comprehensive suite of trading-partner connectivity tools includes EDI translation and data-mapping software, as well as value-added network (VAN) and on-boarding services. According to HighJump, the EDI Solutions Group enables trading-partner connectivity for more than 3,000 customers, featuring a network of more than 2,400 trading partners and predefined integration to many major enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. HighJump Advantage Link for EDI enables the flow of information between the vendor's Supply Chain Advantage suite and the EDI platform. EDI transaction sets that can be mapped to HighJump's supply-chain management software include inventory inquiry and advice (846), purchase order (850), product activity data (852), ship notice and manifest (856), warehouse shipping order (940) and warehousing shipping advice (945). The integrated TrueCommerce EDI suite is also available for HighJump direct store delivery (DSD) applications.
