The 3PL uses Mojo to model customer's transportation network. They determine modes, carriers and lanes. They also determine opportunities for consolidation, multi-stop truckload, and pool distribution.
Result: MercuryGate delivered the infrastructure for their client to set up customers in their own environment and profile organization- and role-based workflows to suit each individual customer's needs. The greatest savings accrue to the 3PL's customers. Though these savings vary by customer, average annual freight bill savings of 10-15% are not unusual.
