The built-to-suit office and logistics facility will be located at the Camp Creek Business Center, off 1-285 and Camp Creek Parkway, about three miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The company's 300 employees at its current location in Forest Park, Ga., are due to move over to the new site in 2013. The new center will feature bonded class 3 warehousing space, consolidation and deconsolidation services, customs brokerage and TSA security screening. It will also have a secure cage for high-value cargo, a 1,000-square-foot, temperature-controlled space for serving the needs of the pharmaceutical industry, and special cargo equipment to handle oversized products such as vehicles and engines.
