Associated is a provider of forklifts, lift trucks and warehouse-design products. Peach State provides supply-chain consulting, engineering and automated material-handling systems for retailers, distributors and manufacturers. Under the deal, Peach State will operate as a subsidiary of Associated, retaining its own name, brand identity, leadership and organizational structure. The acquisition allows Associated “to further improve the flexibility and diversity of solutions we are able to offer our customers,” said company president and chief executive officer Michael Romano.
