CoastalPlus is designed for local LTL shippers of non-hazardous freight in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn. area. It delivers to the coasts in as little as two to three business days, the company said. The service accommodates shipments up to 12 feet in length, and weighing 10,000 pounds or less. King operates more than 150,000 square feet of warehouse space and a fleet of more than 120 dry-van trailers in support of local cartage. It also offers an airfreight alternative for customized LTL shipments. CoastalPlus includes GPS tracking, along with additional logistics services, the company said.
