The latest release of the company’s Spend Analysis tool automates report scheduling according to weekly, monthly or quarterly spend data refresh timetables. Routine reports can be set to export automatically with e-mail notifications. Other reporting enhancements include the ability to analyze spend data from a rolling time perspective, customize data export settings, and personalize options to define default datasets and currencies. Spend data is now automatically integrated with the vendor’s iCost tool, eliminating data upload tasks and making it easier for users to comprehend spending and pricing trends in global and local markets, Zycus said. The release also allows for the transfer of information between e-sourcing and contract-management systems and desktop tools such as MS Excel and Word. The latest release of Zycus’s Supplier Performance Management application speeds up the ability of users to provide input on supplier performance.
