The connective organization is one that is not only equipped with the technical and communicative skills to achieve a successful business interface, but also proactively initiates new ways to make contact that leads to mature supply relationships.
Essentially, there are two key competencies in creating a connective organization. First, it must have good data connectivity. Second, the organization must have good human connectivity.
