The new product features a "hot standby" option for disaster recovery and business continuity, scaling based on user load, and round-the-clock customer support by CloudSAFE I.T. personnel. In addition to private-cloud appliances, CloudSAFE provides cloud-based disaster recovery, backup and I.T. as a service. Aras is a vendor of PLM software for global businesses.
