Boston Market Corporation has selected RedPrairie's Site Operations and Performance Management solutions for Food Service. Boston Market, which operates about 600 restaurants in 28 states, needed a chain-wide window into all aspects of site operations, including labor scheduling, time and attendance tracking, recipe management, inventory management, key performance indicator monitoring, and business analytics, RedPrairie says.
The chain currently utilizes a legacy RedPrairie solution and will move to RedPrairie's hosted service model when it implements the new solutions.
