Prophesy Transportation Solutions is integrating its Prophesy Dispatch family of trucking software products with the Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting application. Prophesy is a provider of Microsoft Windows-based software for the trucking industry. It claims to have sold applications to more than 12,000 public and private fleets across North America. In announcing the deal with Microsoft, Prophesy said it wanted to focus its development resources on the transportation business, while offering customers a leading accounting package. In the process, Prophesy becomes a member of Microsoft's Partner Program. Prophesy is a subsidiary of Accellos, a global provider of software for logistics, warehouse, third-party logistics, transportation and mobile-fleet management.
