Prophesy Transportation Solutions Inc., a provider of truck and logistics software to the transportation industry, has released a new version of its fleet-maintenance application, called FleetTrax Premier. The update adds a number of advanced reporting and organization features, with enhanced integration to the Prophesy DispatchSeries and Quickbooks Pro accounting software. Through the Quickbooks integration, users can post transactions such as purchase orders, shipments, work orders, returns and parts. They can quickly export account information, maintenance codes, charges and information about customers and vendors from FleetTrax to Quickbooks, keeping data current. A new Inventory Audit Worksheet displays all in-stock parts stored in FleetTrax. Another new feature, Parts History, lists any parts that have been added or removed from the inventory.
