Acme Distribution Centers has introduced a national truckload service. Through its partner carrier network, the company intends to offer the product across the U.S., Mexico and Canada. The expansion builds on Acme's experience in providing warehouse and distribution services. The decision to expand into the nationwide truckload arena arose from a recognition of the need for quality, cost-effective transportation throughout North America, according to the company. Based in Aurora, CO, Acme operates a total of 2.5m square feet of distribution space across the country. Its menu of services includes transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, assembly and supply-chain consulting.
